Abstract:
Alkaline hot- press oxidization pretreatment technology is an effective pretreatment technology which is widely used in the world for refractory gold ores. In this paper, Therew ere some alkaline hot-press oxidation pretreatment experiments had been done and the influence law of the concentration of mine shurry, alkaline quantity, temperature,pressure, time, ore size, SAA quantity, alkalimedium, chemical pretreatment and catalyst adding etc. were system atically studied for alkalin gold ores. The oxidizing rate of the sulphur over 98% and the leaching rate of gold over 95% in the conditions of the hot- press oxidization pretreatment as 90%-325 meshes ore size , 20% concentration of mine shurry , 20 kg/t Ca(OH)2 and 10 kg/t NaOH, chemical pretreatm ent 24 hrs before hot-press oxidization pretreatment, 3.2 MPa pressure, 220 ℃ temperature and 3.3 hrs pretreatment time.
