THE APPLICATION IN THE METAL ANTISEPSIS ENGINEERING FOR THE PIPES UNDER WELL BY USING ABANDON-ANODE TECHNIQUE

Abstract:

In the J iaojia Gold Mine , the concent ration of chlorin ion is about 4 000~6 000 mg/ L. The metal-material pipes and t racks are in the moist well , and when the metal meet s the water in the well , the galvanicbattery is formed and the metalpipe is eroded. Because the metal elect rochemist ry eroding is originated f rom the anode of metal , the metal-material pipes and t racks can be protected as the cathode by adding anode. The technique required that the material anode is magnesium-alloy and the elect rode-voltage of protected metal pipes is cont rolled under 1. 22V~0.88V. And metal installations can be protected under well efficiently by this technique.
