Research on the Lean Management of a Silver Ore Dressing Process in Guangxi

Abstract:

With the deepening of supply-side structural adjustment of mining economy, the resource reserves are decreasing and the environmental protection requirements are becoming increasingly stringent.The traditional quantitative,technology-oriented mining production activities is adjusted to the level of technology and management mode innovation.The scientific management mode of mining and dressing production, mining rights, mineral products trading and other production value-added activities in the traditional mining industry is also constantly being innovated and optimized. As the main processing process of ore, the mineral dressing stage is an important factor that affects the grade of ore concentrate and the economic benefit of mine.Improper management of ore dressing process will lead to the decrease of ore concentrate grade and the loss of mine economic benefit.Lean management of mine beneficiation process is of great significance.The research object is the second largest independent silver mine in China.With more than 20 years of resource extraction and separation, and because located in the disputed area of the nature reserve, the mine is obviously restricted by reserves and environmental protection.The ore dressing production process is relative perfect and the scientific management mode is applied. In order to further find out the reasons for the loss of economic benefits of the mine,provide reference for the lean management of the mine beneficiation process,the mine dressing production process was selected as the research object.The process of ore dressing production was express by using flow chart,the problems existing in the process of ore dressing was solicited with Delphi method,then the main problems in this process were listed by fish-prick-graph analysis method.Interpretive Structure Modeling is further used to distinguish the influencing factors at different levels,and identify the bottleneck factors.The results show that,the low grade of raw ore and the improvement of tailings treatment will lead to the loss of benefit directly.Low efficiency of automatic operation and equipment aging degree will affect tailings treatment significantly.The main problem in the process is that the lean idea is not strong and the field management is not good.Based on the conclusion of model analysis,some suggestions on lean management of the silver ore dressing process are put forward.Firstly,constructing lean core ideaSecondly,carrying out the scientific field management method in practice.

原矿石氧化程度高 矿石品位降低,保有银矿石含氧化矿较多
浮选药剂效果差 添加药剂主要为黑药和黄药,因添加比例不当、矿石复杂性导致浮选效率降低
各车间缺乏沟通 破碎、磨矿、浮选各车间相互独立,不能及时交换信息
现场管理不当 选矿作业管理人员现场管理缺乏一定的科学性
自动化作业效率低 由于各车间设备处理来料效率存在不同,流程化作业会导致部分设备空闲
车间环境差 车间修建年代早,未进行翻修和改善
现场器具摆放随意 车间内大型设备固定摆放,其他器具按使用习惯摆放较为随意
尾矿处理有待加强 尾矿处理设备老化,工人环保理念较为陈旧
