Research on Acid Hot-pressure Preoxidation-Cyanidate Process for Refractory Gold Ore

Abstract:

The samples used is a typical refractory gold ore,which containing 14.80×10-6 Au and 0.47% organic carbon,and over 95% gold is of sulfide-inclusion type,and traditional cyanidation leaching rate of gold is only 21.89%.With acid hot-pressure oxidation pretreatment,the influence of pulp density,time,temperature,oxygen partial pressure,rotational speed on cyanidation extraction rate of Au was researched.The results showed that sulfur oxidation rate was more than 98% and the leaching rate of gold was more than 97%.
