摘要：

近年来，随着科技的快速发展，矿山技术装备水平明显提高，数字化建设不断深入。数字信息技术不仅改变了传统的矿山生产工艺和组织管理模式，而且极大地提高了矿山企业的生产效率和安全水平，为矿山可持续发展打下了坚实的基础。为了维护矿山信息系统的稳定运行，在总结并分析焦家金矿信息运维工作的成功经验以及所面临的形势和现状的基础上，指出矿山信息系统运维工作存在的不足，并提出基于ITIL 的矿山综合信息化运维管理模式，该方案在焦家金矿的运用实践中取得了较好的实施成果，值得类似矿山借鉴。

Abstract:

In recent years,with the development of science and technology,the equipment of mine is improved significantly, and the digital construction is deepening.Digital information technology not only change production process and organizational management of the traditional mine,but also greatly improve the production efficiency and safety level of mine,it lay solid foundation for sustainable development of the mine.In order to maintain stable operation of the information system in mine,based on the summary and analysis of situation and status quo of information operation and maintenance work in Jiaojia gold mine,we point out the deficiencecies of information system operation and maintenance in the mine,propose ITIL-based management of information operation and maintenance. The program achieve good implementation results in Jiaojia gold mine,it is worth learning for similar mine.
