模板隔离槽充填工艺的研究

摘要:

在深入研究的基础上,主要对模板隔离槽胶结充填工艺与人工挖边槽胶结充填工艺在上向水平采矿法矿山中的研究应用作了系统的分析与研究,通过对充填质量、充填效率、充填劳动强度等方面的比较论证,得出了模板隔离槽胶结充填工艺具有施工方便、充填效率高、充填质量好、采场回采周期短、贫损两率指标低等一系列优点,从而确定了模板隔离槽胶结充填工艺对上向水平采矿法的矿山而言,是一种优势明显、切实可行的充填工艺。

关键词: 模板隔离墙, 边槽, 胶结体, 水平分层

Abstract:

Based on the penetrate into study and practice, the paper systematically analyzed and summarized the application on the cemented stowing of digging groove and cemented stowing of separate wall in the horizontal sub-level mining. According to compare proof by sufficiency,operating efficiency, intention of labor of cemented stowing ,we draw the conclusion that cement stowing of separate wall have a series of advantage, such as facility, high efficiency, good quality,decrease every sub-level mining period and poverty rate etc. There by it is verified that cemented stowing of separate wall is efficacious in the mine that mining method is horizontal sub-level mining.
