Application of EGR Portable Full Hydraulic Drill in Fluorite Mine Exploration

EGR portable full hydraulic drill is a new type of drill rig in recent years.It is a full hydraulic drive, long-stroke feeding power drill,widely used in geological prospecting,to drill trough mineral exploration,railway,bridge and other engineering investigation and hydrogeological exploration.The purpose of this paper is to study the construction capability of this kind of drill and its applicability to exploration in the Beishan Desert Gobi area through practical application,so as to provide more practical reference for the promotion and application of this kind of drill in the industry.This paper introduced in detail the mechanism composition,structural characteristics,main technical parameters of EGR portable hydraulic drill and its application in fluorite prospecting in Beishan area.By comparing with the traditional drill and the same type of drill in various aspects,it is pointed out that this type of drill has many advantages,such as good disassembly,high safety,light weight,low labor intensity and high efficiency of construction platform.In addition,combined with the construction practice of 9 drilling holes in Beishan exploration area,the paper analyzedthe performance of EGR portable hydraulic drill in construction capacity,drilling efficiency and construction cost,etc.At the same time,Beishan is a desert Gobi area,with harsh natural environment and frequent sandstorms,which have adverse effects on the normal operation and maintenance of the full hydraulic drill.In order to test its applicability in the exploration of Beishan fluorite deposit,the paper also points out some shortcomings and application prospects of EGR portable hydraulic drill.
