缓倾斜破碎矿体高效进路充填采矿方法研究与应用

摘要

大尹格庄金矿1#矿体-496 m中段北区矿体为典型的缓倾斜薄至中厚矿体,采用点柱式上向水平分层充填法落矿时,存在安全性差、生产效率低和矿石损失率高等问题。为保证采场作业安全,实现高效生产,提出小规格上向水平进路分层充填采矿法,采场地压得到有效控制,并就其回采工艺、爆破工艺和充填接顶等关键问题进行改进,矿山生产效率得到有效提升。改进采矿方法后盘区综合生产能力为372 t/d,月出矿量为11 000 t,与原采矿方法基本相同,但采矿损失率由15%降低至5.7%,资源回收率或回采率显著提高,工业试验表明:新采矿方法具备安全高效的生产特点,满足技术经济指标要求,其研究成果可用于指导矿山生产,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract

The orebody in the north area of the -496 m middle section of the No.1 orebody in Dayingezhuang gold mine is a typical gently inclined thin to medium thick orebody,which has the characteristics of small dip angle,large ground pressure and broken orebody.Aiming at the first seam,the point pillar upward flat-back cut and fill method was used to mining the orebody,and the exposed area of the chamber is large,making it vulnerable to collapse.Even if more point pillars were done,poor mining security was still threatening the production safety,and there are shortcomings such as poor operation conditions,low production efficiency and high rate of ore loss.In order to ensure the safety of stope operation,realize high-efficiency production and reduce the ore loss,the small size upward drift backfill mining method was proposed.This method is proposed in consideration of the mining technical conditions,mining status and development needs of Dayingezhuang gold mine,combined with the mining experience and development trend of similar gold mines in Jiaodong Peninsula.Some key problems such as mining technology,blasting technology and roof filling were optimized and improved,and the expected effect was achieved.The industrial test shows that under the condition of the same drilling time and the drilling length are basically the same,the production capacity of the panel is 372 t/d and the monthly ore output is 11 000 t,and the comprehensive ore production capacity is basically the same as the original mining method.Unit explosive consumption was only 0.26 kg/t,28% lower than the original mining method.The ore loss rate is only 5.7%,62% lower than the original mining method,recovery has been significantly increased.By using cemented fills instead of concrete seperation wall,the construction period is shortened from 5.5 days to 2.5 days,effectively solving the problem of drift stope replacement.The new mining method has the benefits of safe and efficient production and meets the requirements of technical and economic indicators.The research results of the new mining method can be used to guide the mine production and provide technical base for the production target of reaching 5 000 t/d.At the same time,it can be used for reference by other similar mines with remarkable economic and social benefits.
