海南抱伦金矿优化选矿工艺的研究及应用

摘要:

通过对原矿进行工艺矿物学分析,考察及磨矿流程,海南山金矿业公司将老系统并入新系统的生产流程,起到了优化磨矿工艺、简化流程及降低能耗的重要作用,实现了节能挖潜。同时,合并岗位人员,强化重选作业,将重选回收率提高至13.86%,增加了综合经济效益。

Abstract:

Through inspecting and analyzing the mineralogy and ore grinding process,the old production process was merged into the new system in Hainan Shandong gold Mining Co.,Ltd.It had important effect that was optimizing grinding,simplifying the process,reducing energy consumption to realize energy saving and potential.At the same time,we improved the recycling rate to 13.68% and increased economic efficiency by merging personnel and strengthening the gravity dressing.
