摘要：

选矿厂厂址选择是企业建设的关键环节，应该予以重视。从多个高海拔地区选矿厂厂址选择的实例出发，分析高海拔对矿山人员生活的影响，提出了“以人为本”的理念，指出在高海拔地区进行厂址选择应注意的问题，可供类似矿山设计参考。

Abstract:

The selection of concentrator site is the important part of company construction,attention should be paid. Taking the selection of multiple concentrator site in high altitude as an example,we analyze the effect of high altitude area on the mine workers,and propose the design principle of People -oriented,and point out the attention problem in selection of concentrator site,it provides reference for similar mine.
