摘要:

在系统研究了可持续发展及矿区可持续发展的定义和内涵的基础上, 构建了黄金矿区可持续发展的评价指标体系和模型。该模型利用模糊数学和距离函数的思想对经济、社会、环境、资源的综合发展水平、可持续发展度以及相互之间的状态协调度进行分析和评价。实例应用表明状态- 趋势评价模型是可行的, 不但能够为矿区制定可持续发展战略和决策提供科学的信息支持, 而且还对其它区域可持续发展的系统评价研究具有一定的参考价值。

关键词: 指标体系, 综合发展水平, 可持续发展度, 状态协调度

Abstract:

Based on the concepts and connotation of sustainable development and sustainable development in mining areas, this paper establishes an assessment index system and model of gold mining area. Using the theory of Fuzzy and distance function, this model analyzes and assesses economy, society, environment and resource's comprehensive developing level, sustainable developing degree and  state harmony degree among them. And its applicat ion shows us that this index system and model is feasible. It not only offers informat ion for the strategy and decision of sustainable development, but also has some reference for the system assessment of other regional sustainable development.
