矿石中金的溴氧化浸出的热力学分析

摘要:

根据“物料平衡”与”同时平衡”的原理,对矿石中金的溴氧化浸出体系进行了热力学分析,构成其电位-pH 图。由电位-pH 图推测了金离子浓度,溴离子浓度以及温度的变化对平衡电位的影响。随着矿石中金的浸出,溶液中金离子的浓度增大,金-溶液的平衡电位随之升高,金离子的水解pH 值减小,溶液的稳定区减小;反之,增加溶液中溴离子的浓度,则能降低金-溶液的平衡电位,增大金离子的水解pH值,扩大溶液的稳定区;升高浸金溶液的温度,同样能扩大溶液的稳定区,有利于金的浸出。

Abstract:

According to the principle of”simultaneous equilibrium”and ”mass equilibrium”, the extracting system of gold in it's ore with bromine has been thermodynamically analyzed. The diagrams of E-pH have been drawn and discussed. From the diagrams of E-pH it has been suggested that the influences of the concent rations of gold ions, bromineion and temperature to the equilibrium potentials. With the gold extracting, the concentration of gold ions will be increasing, the equilibrium potentials will be enhanced, and the hydrolyzed pH of the gold ions and the stabilization region of the solution will be decreasing. On the contrary, if the concent ration of bromine in the extracting solution is increased, the equilibrium potentials will be depressed, and the hydrolyzed pH of the gold ions and the stabilization region of the solution will be increasing. In the same way, if the temperature of the solution is increased, the stabilization region of the solution will be increasing. So the increase of the concentration of bromine and the temperature is propitious to the gold extraction.
