摘要:

多年来,选矿厂通过碎磨系统改造提高产能、广泛应用变频技术、提高电网功率因素、循环利用水资源、合理分配用电时段等技术方法与措施,提升了选矿厂的总体能耗指标水平,促使选矿厂的能耗不断优化,从1996年至今选矿厂系统单位能耗降幅达23.96%,取得了较大的经济效益及社会效益。

关键词: 负荷率, 节能设备, 变频技术, 三山岛金矿, 山东

Abstract:

Over the years,the concentrator take some technical methods and measurment,such as the production of frequeney conversion technology,the application of advanced inverter technology ,the promotion of power factor of power grids,the recycling use of water resources and reasonabe distribution the electricity time,to enhance effectively the target level of the overall energy consumption.The frame of energy consumation was continually optimized.From 1996 to present,the drop of energy-consumption of concentrator system reached 23.96%,it have made great economic benefits and social benefits.
