摘要：

改革开放以来，我国国有和民营矿业企业竞相发展，许多公司在国际矿业界颇有影响，但是由于历史原因，我国矿业企业管理还存在着许多亟需改进的地方，包括组织、运营、地质资源管理、工程维修管理和休假制度等方面。通过分析西方现代采掘业企业和我国目前国有、民营矿业企业具体的运营管理模式，比较了各自的优势与不足，提出了我国采掘业企业管理的改进措施，即模拟国际现代先进矿业企业管理模式运营，这一措施正好同国家对国有企业进行混合所有制改革的政策相一致，将为我国矿企业的管理改进与改革提供行动指导。

Abstract:

Since China’s reform and opening up，the state-owned and private mining enterprises have got great development，many companies are quite influential in the international mining industry.But because of the historical reasons in mining enterprises management model in China，there is still room for further improvement in organization，operation，geological resources management，engineering maintenance management and vacation system，etc.Through the analysis of the specific practical management model of western modern mining enterprises and China’s current state-owned and private mining enterprises，compare their advantages and disadvantages，put forward the measures that help mining companies to improve their management，that is to simulate the management model of the west modern international advanced mining enterprises to operate China’s mining company.This measure just right correspond with the state’s policy of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises，hope to contribute to the improvement and reform of management of China’s mining enterprises.
