某金矿矿仓治理研究

Research on the Ore Bunker Treatment of a Gold Mine

摘要:

矿仓是地下金属矿山的咽喉工程。矿石在转运过程中相互冲击、磨损,易造成矿仓塌方事故。矿仓运行状态良好对矿山企业的持续稳定发展具有重要影响。以某金矿仓的修复治理工程为例,详细介绍了矿仓的破坏机理以及治理方案的选择。通过比较跟管注浆法、分层浇筑法和新建矿仓3种治理方案的优缺点,指出跟管注浆法治理效果最优且工期最短,因此选择跟管注浆法对原矿仓进行治理,对类似矿山工程的治理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Ore bunker is the throat project of underground metal mine.During the process of transportation,the ore is lashing and abrasion each other,which is easy to cause collapse accident of ore bunker.The good running state of ore bunker has an important influence on sustained and stable development of mine enterprise.Taking the repair of ore bunker of a gold mine as an example,the failure mechanism of ore bunker and selection of treatment scheme are introduced in detail.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of three treatment schemes,including pipe grouting method,layered casting method and newly-built ore bunker,the results show that pipe grouting method has the best treatment effect and shortest duration,finally pipe grouting method is adoped to treatment ore bunker,it has a certain reference for engineering treatment of similar mines.
