新型遥控刮板式放矿机设计及应用

摘要:

焦家金矿井下采场溜井放矿一直采用铁漏斗重力放矿和振动放矿机放矿,存在安全性差、操作人员多的缺点,加之焦家金矿矿石性质类似黏土,造成放矿困难。为此设计了一种遥控刮板式放矿机,有效解决了粘滞性矿石溜井放矿阻塞难题,减小了处理阻塞的劳动强度,同时采用遥控视频技术,实现了远离放矿位置遥控放矿,改善了放矿安全条件,提高了放矿效率。

Abstract:

There are two ore chute ways which include the iron hopper gravity ore chute and the vibrating drawing machine ore chute in the underground stopes in Jiaojia gold mine.For the ways,the security is not high,and the operators need more shortcoming.At the same time,properties of the ore are similar to the clay in Jiaojia gold mine, which have caused difficult problems of ore chute.For the above reasons,a new type remote control scraper-drawing machine has been designed.It solves the problem of the viscous ore blocked chute effectively,and reduces the labor intensity of the blocking.As well as,it realizes remote ore chute which is far away from ore position used the remote video technology,and improves ore chute security conditions and efficiency.
